How long should delivery take?

Following successful payment authorization, allow approximately 1–2 business days for processing and, after shipment, an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Applicable holidays and weekends are excluded. Checkout shows the available destination and shipping charge. See our Shipping Policy for tracking and delay guidance.

Can I return something simply because I changed my mind?

No. Our voluntary policy is for damaged, faulty, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods, not preference changes or an incorrectly chosen size or option. Rights that consumer law protects still apply.

How do I report a product problem?

Request assistance within 30 calendar days of delivery, retaining the packaging and supporting photos or video. Obtain approval and the return instructions before sending an item back. Our Refund Policy sets out the required details and review process.

When is an approved refund sent?

We initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Account posting can take longer because of bank or payment-provider processing.

Which payment methods can I use?
